To cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at info@mateina.ca. We'll accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet. Once processed, changes are not possible.
If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us at info@mateina.ca before the order is processed. For already processed orders, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Mateina is not responsible for lost or wrongly delivered packages due to incorrect addresses. For re-shipment of such orders, additional shipping costs may apply.
